Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services. By engaging Neon Lobster, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About Us
Neon Lobster is a UK-based AI business systems company. We provide done-for-you AI system builds and related services under the brand name “The Neon Stack”. Contact us at info@neonlobster.ai.
2. Our Services
- A free Revenue Audit to identify revenue leaks in your business
- Configuration and installation of AI automation systems
- Integration with your existing email, LinkedIn, and business accounts
- A handover including video walkthrough and written operating guide
- Optional ongoing support retainer
The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for each engagement will be set out in a Statement of Work agreed between the parties prior to commencement.
3. The Revenue Audit
The Revenue Audit is provided free of charge and carries no obligation to proceed further. The Revenue Gap Report is provided in good faith based on the information you supply. Neon Lobster accepts no liability for decisions made on the basis of the Revenue Gap Report.
4. Fees and Payment
- A deposit of 50% of the agreed fee is due before work begins
- The remaining 50% is due upon completion and handover
- Monthly retainer fees are billed in advance on the first of each month
- Payment is due within 14 days of invoice
- Late payments will incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998
5. Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information about your business when requested
- Grant us necessary access to your email, LinkedIn, and other accounts required for the build
- Respond to requests for information within a reasonable timeframe
- Ensure you have the legal right to use any content, data, or materials you provide to us
- Not use our systems for unlawful purposes or in breach of any applicable regulations
- Comply with the terms of service of any third-party platforms used as part of your Neon Stack
6. Ownership and Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, all AI systems, workflows, and automation configurations built specifically for your business become your property. You are free to modify, maintain, and operate them independently of Neon Lobster.
Neon Lobster retains ownership of our underlying methodologies, frameworks, and proprietary tools. These are licensed to you for use within your business but may not be resold or sublicensed without our written permission.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the course of our engagement. We will not disclose your business information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
8. Results and Outcomes
Neon Lobster cannot guarantee specific financial outcomes or results. Business performance depends on many factors outside our control. Any figures or projections discussed are illustrative estimates only and do not constitute a guarantee of results.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neon Lobster’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
10. Cancellation and Termination
Project work: Either party may cancel with 14 days written notice. If you cancel after work has commenced, you remain liable for fees for work completed. The initial deposit is non-refundable.
Monthly retainers: Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. You will not be charged beyond your notice period.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
