How done-for-you local SEO works
Most local SEO starts with a sales pitch. Ours starts with a diagnosis.
Before we touch anything, we run a full Local Visibility Report on your business: your Google Business Profile, your citations, your website, and exactly where you’re losing ground to competitors who are easier to find, not better at the trade.
Only once we know what’s broken, and why, do we start fixing it. That’s the difference between a quick fix and infrastructure that keeps paying you back.

Get your free Local Visibility Report
Answer a few quick questions about your business: your trade, your location, your Google Business Profile, your reviews. It takes about three minutes.
I analyse your local search visibility and send you a personalised Local Visibility Report by email. It shows exactly where you appear on Google Search and Google Maps right now, who is outranking you in your area, and what the gap is costing you in missed jobs each month.
No obligation. No sales call attached to it. Just a straight look at your local SEO situation.

Book a free 20-minute call
Your report will include a link to book a call. If what I found makes sense and you want to understand what fixing it looks like, book it.
I’ll go through the report with you, answer any questions, and tell you exactly what I’d do and in what order. If it doesn’t make sense for your business, I’ll say so.

I take care of everything
If you decide to go ahead, I get started in month one. You’ll need to give me access to your Google account and a few basic details about your business. After that, everything is handled.
You don’t learn any new software. You don’t log in to anything. Once a month you get a report showing what moved in your local search rankings and what’s planned next. That’s the extent of your involvement.
Month by month: your local SEO roadmap
Local SEO builds over time. Here’s exactly what happens in each phase.
The heavy work
Month one is everything that needs to be built or fixed before local search results can compound.
Your Google Business Profile is set up properly or rebuilt from scratch: the right primary and secondary categories, a keyword-rich business description, all services listed with individual descriptions, photos uploaded, automated review requests activated, and the profile locked against unauthorised changes.
Your business is submitted to 53+ UK directories including Apple Maps, Bing Places, Yell, and Yelp, plus trade-specific platforms like Checkatrade, TrustATrader, MyBuilder, and Rated People. Every listing uses exactly the same name, address, and phone number, because NAP consistency across directories is one of the key signals Google uses to rank local businesses.
Your website gets its first phase of pages: a homepage targeting your main trade and location, category pages for each service type, and the first batch of individual service pages.
At the end of month one you get a baseline local SEO heat map: where you rank right now, Google Business Profile stats, what was built, and what’s coming in month two.
The website is completed
By the end of month two you have 30+ pages, each targeting a specific service and location combination, all structured and internally linked to reinforce your Google Business Profile signals.
Your Google Business Profile continues to be managed: four posts per month, geo-tagged photos, review requests going out automatically after every job, Google review responses published automatically.
You also get a month two local SEO heat map, compared directly against your month one baseline, so you can see what’s moved before month three begins.
Ongoing management and compounding results
From month three, the focus shifts to compounding what’s been built.
Every month: four Google Business Profile posts scheduled, photos uploaded, reviews and responses managed, citations monitored across all directories.
One new page per month, decided by the heat map data. If a target area is weak in local search, a new location page targets it. If an existing page has dropped in rankings, it gets refreshed or a supporting page is added. Every decision is driven by where the ranking data says you need to be.
Local SEO results compound over time. The tradespeople who stay with it past six months stop worrying about where the next job is coming from.
