Step 1 — The Revenue Audit (Week 1, Free)

Everything starts with a free 30-minute conversation. We look at your business, your current processes, and where revenue is being lost or left uncaptured. No generic questions. We dig into your specific situation.

After that conversation, we produce your Revenue Gap Report. A written document that identifies your top revenue leaks, what they are costing you, and which Neon Stack systems would fix them. You receive this within 48 hours.

No obligation to go further. The report is yours regardless.

Step 2 — The Build (Weeks 2 to 4)

If you decide to proceed, we get to work. We configure your Neon Stack systems based on the Revenue Gap Report. Every system is built specifically for your business — your voice, your clients, your processes.

During the build we connect to your email account and LinkedIn profile. We build your prospect lists, configure your follow-up sequences, set up your pipeline dashboard, and train the AI on your business. Your involvement during this phase is minimal — around two hours total to answer questions and provide information.

Everything is built on your accounts and your infrastructure. You own it all from day one.

Step 3 — Go Live (Week 4)

Your systems switch on. Outreach begins. Follow-ups start firing. Content loads into your LinkedIn queue. Your pipeline dashboard shows live data for the first time.

We walk you through every system with a recorded video guide and a written operating document. Then a one-hour live handover call where you can ask anything.
