Step 2 — The Build (Weeks 2 to 4)

If you decide to proceed, we get to work. We configure your Neon Stack systems based on the Revenue Gap Report. Every system is built specifically for your business — your voice, your clients, your processes.

During the build we connect to your email account and LinkedIn profile. We build your prospect lists, configure your follow-up sequences, set up your pipeline dashboard, and train the AI on your business. Your involvement during this phase is minimal — around two hours total to answer questions and provide information.
